Modern letterpress wedding stationery that tells your story
With the option to go fully bespoke with your own thoughts and ideas, or tweak and tailor one of my semi-custom suites – I can create tactile stationery that perfectly reflects you as a couple.
It’s all about you
Celebrate your love with hand-crafted wedding stationery
Great wedding stationery does two things. First, it shares the important bits – the who, where and when – that’ll mean your favourite people are there, on time, on the big day. And secondly, it helps you set the scene, weaving your story and style throughout your celebration.
This isn’t just paper; it’s an exciting and meaningful way to tell your story, your way.
ELEGANT and UNDERSTATED
Wedding invitations that you can’t wait to share
Your save the dates and invitations offer your loved ones a glimpse of the celebration they can look forward to, and carefully considered on-the-day stationery ties everything together – with a bow, if that’s your kind of thing.
With the option to go fully bespoke with your own thoughts and ideas, or tailor one of my semi-custom suites – I can create tactile stationery that perfectly reflects you as a couple.
As your stationer, my role is to guide you through the process, making sure it's not just stress-free but downright enjoyable. From crafting the perfect invite to the finishing touches on the day, your wedding stationery should be as fun to create as it is to receive!

Stylish simplicity
Semi-custom wedding stationery
If you’re looking for stationery with a sprinkling of your own personal style, let's customise a design from my collection of elegant and modern semi-custom suites. Choose your favourite design and make it truly yours with a choice of ink and envelope colours – and maybe a few finishing touches.
MAKE AN IMPRESSION
Luxury that you can see and feel
Whether we take a bespoke or semi-custom approach to design, your stationery will be carefully printed, one piece at a time, with a little help from my in-house presses. With the pillowy-soft texture that can only be achieved with letterpress, and the subtle shimmer of metallic foils, your stationery will set hearts aflutter – and be treasured long after the confetti has blown away.

Your wedding stationery budget
Every wedding is different, so there isn’t an easy or quick answer to the big question of what to budget for your stationery. Prices vary depending on whether you’d like fully bespoke or semi-custom stationery, and then it’s the quantities, printing methods, and finishing touches that determine pricing.
You can find more information on my bespoke wedding and semi-custom wedding pages but I always suggest a consultation call so we can chat about the details. After our chat I’ll send out a detailed quote so you can take a look and see which options work best for you and your budget.

Bespoke stationery offers the chance to create one-of-a-kind designs, completely unique to you, while semi-custom stationery allows us to personalise a design from the House Collection. Both options involve working directly with me, and I'll be there to guide you through the process.
-
Your wedding stationery is designed and printed in-house which allows more control over timing. The bespoke process typically takes 12-16 weeks, while semi-custom stationery is more streamlined and takes 6-8 weeks.
-
There are two things to bear in mind when ordering: allowing time for designing and printing, and allowing time for your guests to receive and respond to their invitations.
Bespoke stationery
Order 8-10 months before your wedding day (12 months if you’re not sending save the dates).Semi-custom stationery
Order 6-8 months before your wedding day (8-10 months if you’re not sending save the dates). -
A good rule of thumb is to order 1 invitation suite per couple or household, rather than 1 per guest. It’s also a good idea to order extra suites if there’s a chance you’ll make last minute additions to your guest list, and one to keep as a memento!
-
Yes you can! From your save the dates and invitation suite, to your on-the-day pieces and signage (and don't forget your thank you cards!), everything can be designed to work together seamlessly.
-
Not at all. For most couples the process happens in multiple stages. I’ll usually create your save the dates and invitation suite first, and then come back to your on-the-day pieces a couple of months before your wedding when more details have been finalised.
-
Yes of course! You’re welcome to book a free consultation so we can chat about your ideas and I can answer any questions you might have.
-
Yes, you can order samples of the House Collection suites in the shop.
Whether you’re thinking of bespoke or semi-custom stationery, ordering a sample suite is a great way to get a feel for the paper and print finishes I offer. And if you order your stationery with Sarah and Maude, the price of your sample will be discounted from your order.
-
Pricing for your stationery depends on whether you opt for bespoke or semi-custom design, the quantity you need, and the print methods and embellishments you choose. For a detailed quote I recommend a consultation, so book your free chat here.
Print prices vary but I have flat rate design fees:
Bespoke design fees
Invitation suite £500
On-the-day stationery £500Semi-custom design fees
Invitation suite £150
On-the-day stationery £150 -
All wedding projects require your design fee paid at the time of booking, with 50% paid before printing begins, and the remaining 50% before your stationery ships. This will all be outlined in your quote before any work starts, and your invitation suite and on-the-day stationery will be invoiced separately.
-
Yes, of course. The wording on your invitations can be as formal or informal as you like and I can help with getting it just right.
