Delivery

All orders are shipped from the Sarah & Maude studio in the UK.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday and will be shipped within 1-2 working days. You’ll receive an email to confirm your order and another to confirm when it’s been dispatched.

Please note that from July 1st, 2021, due to sweeping customs and VAT changes made by the EU to orders arriving from outside of their member countries, I’m no longer able to ship to EU countries.

Delivery costs

Wedding stationery orders:

UK orders ship free of charge via Special Delivery, fully tracked and insured.

For international orders, please note that shipping costs will be calculated when your stationery has been printed. This allows us to look at the best available options and calculate an accurate price to avoid you paying too much. You’ll receive an invoice that can be paid via my online shop or Paypal.

For all other orders:

Shipping is free on all UK orders of £10 or more with the code “FREESHIP10”.

For orders outside the UK shipping costs are calculated based on the size and location of your order and are added at the checkout.

Delivery times

• UK – Royal Mail First Class – Please allow 1-2 working days

• Europe (non-EU) – Royal Mail International Standard – Please allow 3-5 working days

• Rest of the world – Royal Mail International Standard – Please allow 6-7 working days

Please allow for slightly longer delivery times during busy periods, such as Christmas and other holidays.

Large or rush orders
